We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly within 30 days of receiving the product and we’ll take you through the process.
If the product is not in its original packaging and used, it might be subject to a restocking fee. This will be determined on a case by case basis. Example: If a customer has used more than 50% of a product, we are unable to exchange / refund the purchase.
The customer is responsible for returning the product.

Payments are sometimes declined for security reasons. Reasons can be:
• Your CVV is incorrect • Your billing zip code is incorrect • Your billing address is located in a different country than your shipping address. • Your bank has declined the transaction
